Der schöne grüne Garten mit Olivenbäumen und Pool, wo Sie sich entspannen und das Grün genießen können, umgibt dieses schöne Haus. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Es ist sehr ruhig und friedlich, ideal für Familienurlaube und Menschen, die dem Stadtverkehr entfliehen und die unberührte Natur genießen möchten. Man kann lange Spaziergänge durch die Landschaft machen oder Rad fahren. Der nächstgelegene Strand bietet viele Sportmöglichkeiten zu Wasser und zu Lande wie Tennis, Minigolf, Beach-Volley, Wasserski, Daiwing, Bootsfahrten... In der Nähe befindet sich die bekannte Höhle Baredine, wo die Gäste auch das "Traktor"-Museum besuchen können.

We spent a very nice week in Villa Rosa. We were given a very friendly and warm welcome by the landlords. The large pool in the fenced garden is of course the absolute highlight. There was also a grill, which we used a lot. There was a table tennis table for sporting activities and if you needed anything else, you could ride the bicycles provided to the nearby supermarket. The house also had everything we needed. A quick WhatsApp to our landlord because the coffee machine wasn't working very well and a new one was there the next day.

The house is beautiful and we are really satisfied, we felt like at home. The house itself had everything needed to make two families feel comfortable. In one word - BEAUTIFUL!!!! UNTIL NEXT YEAR... Ivan

We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped surroundings. The children were delighted with the pool. The shop and restaurant are located in Nova Vas!

We felt very comfortable in the house. Bathroom and bedroom were very clean with towels and blankets provided. Terrace and the super clean pool (deepest point 2.2m) - an excellent combination to let a real holiday feeling arise at the house all day long. The area is particularly quiet (except for a rooster that crows :) ) and the junk stored behind the house on the neighbor's property does not disturb the atmosphere or well-being at all. The kitchen is in an older condition, but does its job fully (we cooked freshly every evening and everything was a success). Exactly the right thing for anyone who just wants to switch off and relax in the sun and the pool, and thanks to the four separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there is also enough space to retreat :). The location is nice and quiet, but the grocery store (2 km) and many beautiful beaches, especially near Porec, were easily accessible. Our excursions to Cape Kamenjak within 50-60 minutes are no problem and an absolute highlight. We enjoyed it very much and the landlords were very nice and friendly. Full recommendation for a relaxing holiday from us
